Position OverviewThis role offers hands-on experience in all phases of commercial litigation, with significant client interaction and direct responsibility. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, and briefs in both state and federal courtsConduct written discovery, depositions, and witness preparationParticipate in court appearances, hearings, and mediationsAssist with trial preparation and strategyCommunicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
