Responsibilities Communicate with other attorneys, clients and title companies as well as a variety of county government employees. Conduct legal research and analysis. Maintain multiple case files Draft legal documents including real estate sale and purchase agreements, closing documents, leases and contracts. Set up corporate and LLC documents. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance knowledge in specialized areas such as land use, zoning, real estate and corporate law. Skills Strong knowledge of various areas of law including but not limited to real estate, land use, zoning and corporate law. Proficient in legal research Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Strong writing skills for drafting clear and concise legal documents. Exceptional research abilities to analyze complex legal issues. Prior experience preferred.
