Associate Attorney

J. D. Graham PC is a busy, three-attorney bankruptcy law firm in O'Fallon, Illinois, focused on helping individuals and small businesses through Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 12 and Chapter 13 filings in the Southern District of Illinois. We are hiring a licensed Illinois attorney with 1-3 years of experience who is ready for a lot of direct client contact from day one. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working closely with clients, providing hands-on advice, and building long-term relationships in a fast-paced bankruptcy practice. What You'll Do Conduct initial client consultations and manage a high volume of client interactions Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, plans, and motions Provide ongoing client guidance throughout the bankruptcy process Work directly with clients on debt relief strategies and financial fresh starts Attend creditors meetings, confirmation hearings, and court appearances If you thrive on client contact and want meaningful, face-to-face work with real people every day, this role is for you. Pay:

$88,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
