About the Role We're looking for a Criminal Defense Attorney to join our growing practice on-site in Rolling Meadows or Wheaton. This is a production-focused role, ideal for an attorney who wants to litigate, advocate, and deliver results without the pressure of business development. You'll handle a steady caseload, represent clients in court, and work closely with experienced colleagues.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Handle misdemeanor and felony cases from start to finish. Conduct client consultations and develop strategic defense plans. Represent clients at hearings, motions, and trials. Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda. Negotiate plea agreements and settlements. Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure accurate documentation. Meet billable hour and KPI targets as defined by the firm.

Qualifications:

Active Illinois Bar License (required). 2+ years of experience in criminal law preferred. Candidates from other legal fields with strong skills will also be considered. Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills. Excellent communication, research, and organization abilities. Ability to work on-site at either the Rolling Meadows or Wheaton office.
