12 Months Contract Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney with strong expertise in insurance regulatory and transactional law to support a high-priority global initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex insurance-related agreements in highly regulated environments. This role requires deep knowledge of insurance transactions, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations related to insurance operations and partnerships. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate: Insurance distribution agreements Reinsurance agreements Captive insurance agreements Intercompany service agreements Third-Party Administrator (TPA) agreements Provide legal guidance on regulatory insurance matters Required Qualifications Strong experience as a Corporate/Transactional Attorney Insurance regulatory and transactional law experience required Experience handling: Reinsurance agreements Distribution agreements TPA agreements Captive insurance matters Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Regards Tim Patten tim (at) pullskill (dot) com 551-272-o2o3
