Company Description Clingen Callow & McLean, LLC, established in 1995, focuses on providing personalized legal services with an entrepreneurial mindset. Based in Lisle, IL, the firm is recognized for its deep commitment to understanding clients' businesses and delivering responsive, customer-focused legal solutions. Our well-established and expanding estate planning practice is seeking two estate planning attorneys to join our team: One attorney with 3+ years of experience One attorney with 5-10 years of experience Due to sustained client demand and continued growth, we are looking for attorneys who are highly responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a steady volume of sophisticated client work without compromising quality. Position Overview You will work closely with partners and clients on a broad range of estate planning matters, including: Drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents Assisting with trust administration and estate settlement matters Advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners on wealth transfer strategies Coordinating with the firm's corporate and tax attorneys on integrated planning Qualifications 3+ years of estate planning experience (role will be tailored based upon seniority) Strong drafting skills and attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple matters efficiently Excellent communication and client service skills Preferred (but not required) : Experience with WealthCounsel / WealthDocs or similar estate planning software Exposure to advanced planning techniques (e.g., irrevocable trusts, tax planning strategies) Who We're Looking For Self-starters who take ownership and follow through Attorneys who are efficient and responsive while maintaining high-quality work Team-oriented professionals who contribute to a collaborative environment Individuals that value strong client relationships and proactive communication What We Offer Competitive compensation commensurate with experience Meaningful client interaction and responsibility A collegial, team-oriented work environment Clear opportunity for long-term growth If you are looking to join a busy, well-respected practice with a strong pipeline of estate planning work, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you
