Job Description

Title Associate Professor of Clinical Family Medicine Specific Title Appointment Type Clinical Track Faculty Department IUSM - Evansville (MEDE) Campus IU School of Medicine Evansville Position Summary The Associate Professor of Clinical Family Medicine is a full-time, in-person position located at the IU School of Medicine-Evansville. This faculty position would be responsible for the following: Teaching in Foundations of Clinical Practice 1 and 2 Teaching and small group facilitator in miscellaneous Phase 1 courses Simulation Director with supervisor of the Simulation Facilitator POCUS Director Student Scholarly Concentration research project mentor Other duties/details as assigned by supervisor IU School of Medicine—Evansville is located in the heart of downtown Evansville at the Stone Family Center for Health Sciences, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to collaborative medical education and clinical research.
A 30,000
square foot world-class simulation center includes a large human structures lab, virtual hospital and twelve-room virtual clinic. Private and collaborative study spaces plus convenient access to faculty and technology create a balanced work-study environment.
