Job Description
Wagner Reese, a boutique litigation-focused personal injury firm with a 26 year track record of success, is seeking an experienced attorney ready to take ownership of a meaningful caseload and collaborate with a high-performing team. We are a results-driven practice handling significant cases with the infrastructure, support, and reputation to win. What you'll do: Manage a docket of high-value personal injury cases from intake through pre-suit and post-suit resolution Actively litigate cases including taking depositions, engaging in motion practice, retaining experts, mediating and conducting jury trials Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers Collaborate with a team of seasoned attorneys and professional staff Deliver strong client outcomes while maintaining efficiency and responsiveness What you bring: 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience Proven ability to manage cases independently Strong organizational and communication skills Drive, accountability, and a team-first mindset Knowledge in the use of modern legal technology, including AI tools, to improve efficiency and case management Civil rights experience is a plus, as is trial experience
