Review regulatory and legal issues for Corporation, as requested by employed Corporate attorneys. Review proposed contracts for Corporation, as requested by employed Corporate attorneys. Assist in the preparation of responses to government agencies and other legal requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

Juris Doctor

• Required Law License
• State Bar Upon Hire
• Required 2 years Work related to healthcare or healthcare specific training.
• Preferred
