Associate Attorney

Compensation:

Primary Responsibilities:

Handle a consumer and commercial debt collection caseload, including review and approval of pleadings, motions, and executions. Sign and review complaints Represent clients in court Participate in client audits and attend relevant legal and industry conferences. Ensure ongoing compliance with the FDCPA, CFPB, FCRA, and other applicable consumer protection regulations. Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation. Communicate with clients regarding case progress, strategy, and outcomes. Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and other staff. Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements with debtors or their legal representatives. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

Law degree.

Experience:

License to practice law in Indiana Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with a client-first approach. Self-motivated with the ability to manage responsibilities independently.

Technical Proficiency:
