Full Job Description Employment Attorney Responsibilities:
Defend employers in litigation including claims involving harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and more. Advise clients on employment law and regulation compliance. Conduct and advise on workplace investigations and prepare findings. Draft and review relevant documents including handbooks, contracts, separation agreements, and policies. Represent clients before courts and administrative agencies (EEOC, DOL, state labor agencies)
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice in Indiana 3+ years of experience in employment law Ability to balance competing priorities and collaborate with both colleagues and clients Strong legal writing, analytical, and litigation skills To apply, send resumes to #accountingjobs1776
