We are seeking an associate attorney licensed in Kansas or Missouri who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in clients' lives. What You'll Do Meet with prospective clients to evaluate their financial situations and guide them through their legal options under the Bankruptcy Code Conduct client consultations to draft, review, and finalize bankruptcy petitions and schedules Represent clients at 341 meetings of creditors Manage Chapter 13 cases from filing through confirmation and beyond, including: Attending confirmation hearings Resolving trustee and creditor objections Drafting and filing motions Work closely with a skilled team of paralegals to efficiently resolve case issues and ensure high-quality client service What We're Looking For Licensed to practice law in Kansas or Missouri Experience in consumer bankruptcy or a genuine interest in learning and growing within bankruptcy law. We provide training.
