Multi-year experience working with public procurement and government contracts. Knowledge of commercial finance, public finance, economic development finance, construction and Public-Private Partnerships (P3), a plus. Candidates with training in tax, economics, or corporations (such as an LLM or an MBA) are welcomed. Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
