This position is ideal for a recent law school graduate or attorney with up to three years of experience who is looking for meaningful, hands-on litigation experience from day one. Our practice focuses on serious personal injury, medical negligence, wrongful death, and complex civil litigation matters. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about advocating for injured individuals and families.

Responsibilities:

Assist with all phases of litigation from intake through trial Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence Conduct legal research and prepare case evaluations Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and medical providers Assist in trial preparation and case strategy

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Kentucky or awaiting bar results 0-3 years of litigation experience preferred Strong writing, research, and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and work independently Desire to develop as a trial lawyer and advocate
