Job Description

The Louisville office of Fisher Phillips is seeking a Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate with 3+ years of litigation experience to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in litigation and the ability to manage substantive case responsibilities with increasing independence. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners while taking a lead role in case strategy, client communications, discovery, motion practice, and other meaningful client-facing work. About the Role Qualified candidates will have experience handling litigation matters from inception through resolution, including: Drafting and responding to pleadings Managing written and electronic discovery, including e-discovery strategy Drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions Taking and defending depositions Participating in mediations While prior employment law experience is preferred, we are equally interested in litigators from other defense-side complex litigation practices who demonstrate a strong interest in developing an employment law practice and contributing to firm growth.
