Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our client's dynamic legal team. If you have a strong background in litigation and can provide a writing sample demonstrating your expertise, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in insurance defense litigation cases from inception through trial. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and participate in court appearances. Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure effective case management and resolution.
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience in insurance defense litigation. Proven ability to manage cases independently and effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide a writing sample upon request. Active license to practice law in Louisiana. #IND1
