About Stillman Law Office:

Stillman Law Office is a multi-state Creditors' Rights law firm specializing in Consumer and Commercial Collections and Insurance Subrogation . We are currently seeking attorneys licensed to practice in Massachusetts . This position requires in-person attendance at court hearings and will be based in Massachusetts .

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in in-person court appearances across Massachusetts. Conduct legal research, review cases, and draft pleadings and related legal documents. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure successful case outcomes while adhering to tight deadlines. Work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment . Maintain effective communication with team members and clients at all organizational levels.

Candidate Attributes:

Reliable with a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail. Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and manage a large caseload. Team-oriented, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Admission to any of the following states is a plus but not required: Delaware Michigan Connecticut New Hampshire Maryland Washington, D.C.

Interview Process:
