Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal seeks a contract attorney to assist with a busy construction and surety litigation practice. Responsibilities Motion practice and legal drafting (primary focus) Deposition prep and discovery support Assist with construction and engineering claims related to public works projects Qualifications Minimum 6 years of litigation and drafting experience Attorney licensed in RI, MA, or CT Construction law or surety litigation experience preferred Ability to work independently and quickly get up to speed on matters Flexible availability required Current need is approximately 20+ hours per week, with workload varying based on case demands.
