Job Description:
An Am Law 200 firm is seeking a talented Corporate Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join its expanding U.S. Corporate practice in their Boston office. This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level associate seeking meaningful client exposure, sophisticated transactional work, and a strong platform for long-term career development within a collaborative and entrepreneurial practice. The associate will work closely with highly regarded partners who are recognized rainmakers in the corporate and securities space, offering exceptional mentorship, direct client access, and significant business development exposure. The role provides the opportunity to assume substantial responsibility early, take on first-chair responsibilities with sophisticated and high-growth clients, and play an integral role in complex transactions and strategic counseling matters. About the Role The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with SEC reporting and public company representation, along with exposure to a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including: Capital markets transactions Mergers & acquisitions General corporate counseling Corporate governance matters Qualifications 4-6 years of comparable law firm experience within a sophisticated corporate/securities practice Significant experience with SEC reporting and public company representation is required Experience with M&A and capital markets transactions is strongly preferred J.D. required Admission to practice in the state where the candidate resides and/or practices Why Join This nationally recognized corporate practice advises clients across a broad range of industries, including technology and life sciences, on sophisticated transactional, securities, and governance matters.
