💼 About the Role A respected, mid-sized civil litigation firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney (5-7 years experience) to join its team. This is a strong opportunity for a legal professional who wants meaningful case ownership while working in a collaborative and respectful environment. 🧠 What You'll Do Manage a variety of civil litigation matters from start to finish. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda. Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis. Oversee case files and ensure deadlines are met. Participate in depositions, hearings, and court appearances. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on case strategy. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. ✅ What You Bring J.D. from an accredited law school. Active admission to the Massachusetts Bar (required). 5-7 years of civil litigation experience. Strong academic credentials. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
