The ideal candidate will have a strong background in criminal law and Probate/Family matters. Responsibilities include assignments to represent our clients in District, Superior, and Probate/Family courts throughout Eastern Massachusetts. Typical caseload includes misdemeanor and felony cases in District and Superior Court as well as matters in family court involving divorce, child custody, modifications. Both managing partners have combined experience of over 50 years in all those venues and will offer superior supervision and direction in all matters.
