This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Lynn, Massachusetts, offering close collaboration and day-to-day mentorship with an experienced litigation team.
Note:
Must be a licensed Massachusetts attorney or pending admission very soon, with strong writing, research, and drafting skills. This role is geared toward a brand new attorney up to 2 years of experience. Job Description Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case development through resolution or trial Conduct legal research and case law analysis using Westlaw and other tools Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, correspondence, and other litigation documents Assist with deposition prep, hearing prep, mediation prep, and trial preparation Communicate with clients regarding case updates and next steps Help manage deadlines, filings, and case materials with strong attention to detail Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy, evidence development, and settlement positioning Participate in a busy, collaborative plaintiff-side practice with meaningful responsibility and learning opportunities Qualifications JD required Active Massachusetts bar admission required, or pending admission imminently Brand new attorney up to 2 years of litigation experience Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills Familiarity with litigation procedure, motion practice, discovery, and e-filing Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines Plaintiff-side, personal injury, employment, or medical-related litigation exposure is a plus Why You Will Love Working Here We offer the chance to grow your litigation career in a supportive, team-oriented environment where you will get real mentorship, meaningful case exposure, and the opportunity to make an impact on behalf of injured and wronged clients.
