Associate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of law firm experience and a passion for practicing law. This position offers a competitive salary, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance. Additionally, we offer some flexibility for remote work. Must be a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients primarily in the area of family law
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts.
• Assist in case preparation and strategy development.
• Attend court hearings and client meetings as required.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to our practice areas.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 1-5 years of experience in a law firm setting preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
