REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY--JUNIOR/ENTRY LEVEL

Junior Real Estate Attorney (Entry-Level) - Massachusetts & Rhode Island We are seeking a junior or entry-level real estate attorney to join our growing, team-oriented firm. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys who are committed to mentorship, training, and helping you build a successful long-term practice. You will gain hands-on experience handling real estate transactions while making a meaningful impact by guiding clients through important life and business decisions.

Compensation:

Base salary + incentive compensation tied to client origination

Location:

Responsibilities:

Manage a variety of residential and commercial real estate transactions and matters including negotiation of real estate transactional documentation Represent clients before municipal boards Conduct appropriate legal research Enjoy a collaborative relationship with our other attorneys, paralegals and staff Maintain a useful understanding of changes in relevant laws ensuring the highest level of legal representation Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law ​​

Qualifications:
