Job Summary Due to continued growth and expansion, The Law Offices of Jessica Clarke, P.C. (a top MA real estate law firm) is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. You will be responsible for overseeing property transactions from inception to closing, ensuring all legal documents are accurate and our clients' interests are fully protected. The ideal candidate understands property law and excels in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Draft and review purchase agreements Reviews title examinations and can help resolve any issues or liens. Represent clients in negotiations with buyers, sellers, and lenders. Coordinate and lead the closing process Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Active license to practice law in MA. Ability to practice law in CT a plus. 2- Five years of experience in real estate law Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex legal terms to clients. Qualia Pay:

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
