Job Description

We've partnered with a respected and growing Massachusetts-based law firm that is actively seeking a Trust Administrator to join its Worcester office. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 3-5 years of trust administration experience who are looking to work within a sophisticated estate planning and fiduciary practice supporting high-net-worth individuals, families, and complex trusts . Key Responsibilities Administer trusts and fiduciary accounts in accordance with governing documents and applicable regulations. Coordinate trust distributions, account maintenance, and beneficiary communications. Assist with fiduciary income tax matters and trust accounting processes. Support investment and securities-related transactions, including trade processing. Work closely with attorneys, financial institutions, advisors, and clients on estate and trust matters. Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance documentation. Assist with account reviews, reconciliations, and ongoing trust administration matters. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in trust administration or fiduciary services. Strong understanding of fiduciary income taxation and trust accounting principles. Familiarity with securities markets and securities trade processing. Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple matters in a detail-oriented environment. Prior experience within a law firm, wealth management, trust company, or financial services environment is highly preferred.
