The Opportunity Lead acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing matters, and development transactions from inception through closing Work directly with sophisticated clients and take ownership of deals Collaborate with an established team that supports a wide range of commercial real estate and business clients Build meaningful client relationships without the expectation of bringing a large portable book Qualifications 7+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience Strong drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills Experience representing developers, owners, lenders, investors, or closely held businesses Maryland bar admission preferred; D.C. and Virginia admissions are a plus Why Consider This Role?
