I am working with a firm that is seeking an associate-level attorney with 3+ years of experience to join a growing Health Law practice group. Candidates with health law transactional experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Background:

Review and revise health care-related agreements such as managed care/payor agreements, vendor and supplier agreements and professional services agreements Research regulatory compliance issues including scope of licensure issues and fraud and abuse issues Corporate transactional experience Strong legal writing and communication skills Admitted in DC or waiver eligibility
