This is a unique opportunity for an attorney with 2-6 years of experience who wants to move beyond being just an associate and step into ownership, leadership, and long-term impact. About Us P.A. Lundy & Associates is a forward-thinking law firm focused on serving individuals, families, and business owners through: Estate Planning & Wealth Preservation Guardianship & Probate Matters Business & Entrepreneurial Law Select Civil Litigation We are building a firm that integrates legal excellence, client-centered service, and purpose-driven work—and we're looking for the right attorney to grow with us. The Opportunity This is not a traditional associate role. You will have the opportunity to: Help develop and lead a practice area aligned with your strengths Work directly with clients and build meaningful relationships Contribute to the strategic growth of the firm Participate in business development and thought leadership Grow into a leadership or partner-track role Responsibilities Handle matters in estate planning, guardianship, business law, and/or litigation Draft and review legal documents (wills, trusts, contracts, pleadings, etc.) Represent clients in court proceedings where applicable Advise clients with professionalism, empathy, and clarity Collaborate on firm growth initiatives and client acquisition strategies Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing in Maryland (or eligible for admission) 2-6 years of experience in at least one of the following: Estate Planning / Probate Guardianship Civil Litigation Business / Corporate Law Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills Desire to grow professionally and take initiative What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who: Is motivated and entrepreneurial, not just task-oriented Values client relationships and service excellence Wants to build something meaningful, not just bill hours Is ready to step into increasing responsibility and leadership Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Performance-based bonuses Opportunity for leadership growth and advancement Flexible and supportive work environment Why Join P.A.
