Job Summary We are seeking an Associate Attorney who will be asked to support our Estates & Trusts, Land Use, Real Estate, & Business Law practices. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys a diverse workload, values meaningful client relationships, and appreciates being active in the community. Responsibilities Drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney Assisting with estate and trust administration Drafting commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases Supporting real estate transactions, including diligence review and settlement matters Work with partners on land use, zoning, and development matters, including preparing applications, attending hearings, assisting clients navigating the regulatory processes Conducting legal research Advising small businesses on formation, governance, and transactional needs Managing client relationships Collaborating closely with partners and colleagues in a team-oriented environment Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Maryland 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred Strong writing, analytical, and oral communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team No portable book of business required Why Join Us? $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
