Maryland , Greenbelt Job Description I am partnered with a MD/VA firm that is looking to add a Commercial Litigation Associate to their team. This position is with a boutique firm that has excellent mentorship opportunities and growth opportunities in complex commercial litigation.
Background:
3+ years of experience in private commercial litigation practice Representing businesses and title insurance companies Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments Motions practice, dispositive motions Strong academic background Admitted in MD - VA and/or DC are a plus
