Government & Regulatory Affairs - Trade Remedies Associate | Washington, DC / Philadelphia / New York Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a Trade Remedies Associate to join its busy and growing Government & Regulatory Affairs practice. Preferred office locations are Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong agency and litigation experience in trade remedies matters to handle sophisticated work for clients across investigations, reviews, and appeals before federal courts and agencies. The estimated salary range for this position is $245,000 - $300,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors. Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the United States Minimum 3 years of experience handling antidumping and/or countervailing duty matters before the U.S. Department of Commerce and/or U.S. International Trade Commission, in private practice at a national or international law firm or within the U.S. government Experience building the administrative record before agencies and developing legal arguments Familiarity with Section 232, Section 301, and/or IEEPA a plus Strong academic credentials required About Us Marina Sirras & Associates LLC is a boutique legal recruiting firm committed to connecting exceptional legal talent with top-tier law firms and in-house legal departments nationwide.
