Job Description

We are searching for a junior associate to join our Corporate group in our Ann Arbor office. The ideal candidate would have experience representing start-ups and emerging growth companies, working on seed and venture capital financings, and mergers & acquisitions. We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented, and collaborative attorney who is excited about working with clients in the start-up and venture capital ecosystem.
Job Requirements:
JD 2023-2024
Previous large law firm experience required. Current license to practice in any U.S. state and in good standing is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are highly valued.
Salary Range:
