You are being redirected Once you are on the page, please click the refer button Job Overview Qualifications Benefits Job Overview The Staff Attorney, Intellectual Property/Patents will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel on a wide range of issues relating to patents and technology related intellectual property, including having responsibility for handling and/or managing patent portfolio related activities, as well as outside counsel in connection with the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. This position will be expected to work closely with internal clients, and coordinate work with other attorneys within the Office of the General Counsel.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) with a strong academic background 4+ years of experience involving patent preparation, prosecution, and clearance opinions Registered (in good standing) to practice before the U.S.

Patent & Trademark Office Preferred Qualifications:
