We are in search of a candidate who has a solid understanding of the litigation process, and a desire to further their career. If you are an associate attorney looking for the opportunity to manage your own caseload and have at least three years of litigation experience, we encourage you to apply! As an integral member of our litigation team, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of litigation in a broad spectrum of matters. Qualifications:

4 + years of litigation experience (our firm has many practice area) Proficiency in drafting briefs, pleadings, motions, and written discovery Experience handling multiple cases independently, while collaborating on cases in a team setting Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments Active membership with the MI state bar Motivated to learn and grow

Responsibilities:

Propounding and responding to discovery Take and defend depositions and attend court hearings Trial preparation and active participation in trials alongside senior attorneys Attend mediations, active participation in negotiating settlements Manage your own cases
