Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney Position We're seeking an associate attorney to join our team. A successful candidate will possess the following skills: Experience in Probate, Family Law, Estate Planning or Estate Administration. Must be in good standing and licensed to practice law in Michigan. Ability to work in a fast-paced law firm environment and meet billable hour requirement. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, grasp new concepts quickly, and time management skills to meet deadlines. Ability to work with a team and independently with minimal attorney supervision. Manage legal matters assigned from inception to completion, including communicating with clients, team, courts, and opposing counsel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills along with ability to problem solve. Meet and represent clients in contested and uncontested hearings. Legal document drafting for client signing and filing with various Courts. Stay updated on current laws and research laws for various legal pleadings. Strong skills in Microsoft office, client management system, etc. Maintain professionalism, client privacy, and confidentiality. Performs other duties consistent with purpose of job as directed

Compensation & Schedule:

Full Time (40hours) Salary commensurate with experience ($70k-$85k) 2weeks of paid vacation (annually) Paid Holidays 401k (eligible after one year) In person position

Office Hours:
