Experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney

Kaufman, Payton & Chapa is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience for its practice located in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Primary Responsibilities:

Argue motions, attend hearings, arbitrations, and trials. Draft, review, and approve pleadings including answers, motions, discovery, and post-judgment supplemental proceedings.
