Back Staff Attorney•Patent#2016631 Auburn Hills, Michigan, United StatesApply X Facebook LinkedIn Email Copy Job Description The Staff Attorney, Intellectual Property/Patents will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel on a wide range of issues relating to patents and technology related intellectual property, including having responsibility for handling and/or managing patent portfolio related activities, as well as outside counsel in connection with the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. This position will be expected to work closely with internal clients, and coordinate work with other attorneys within the Office of the General Counsel. United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) with a strong academic background4+ years of experience involving patent preparation, prosecution, and clearance opinionsRegistered (in good standing) to practice before the U.S.

Patent & Trademark OfficePreferred Qualifications:
