Job Description This position will function as a Section Head in the State Operations Division. This Section Head will oversee FOIA , employment, administrative law and retirement matters, and will include oversight of staff within the State Operations Division. The Section Head will supervise both attorney (and may supervise non-attorney positions) and provide oversight for their caseloads while personally handling administrative and litigation files in the division. Position Description Required Education and Experience Education Possession of a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited school of law. Experience Attorney Manager 18 Five years of post-bar admission legal experience. Additional Requirements and Information Special Requirements, Licenses, and Certifications Membership in good standing in the Michigan State Bar.
