Assist in the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and other legal documents.
Develop communications materials for internal legal website.
Help ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Maintain organized files and assist with document management and legal database updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Compliance, etc.) on projects with legal implications.
Perform administrative duties and support ad hoc legal initiatives as needed.
Strong academic performance with a focus or interest in corporate or business law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ethical standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with contract management systems is a plus.
Knowledge of corporate structures, compliance, or SEC filings is a plus.

ABOUT THE
ROLEAs a Corporate Legal Intern, you will work closely with experienced legal professionals on matters related to corporate governance, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, M&A activities, and risk management. This internship is ideal for an undergraduate pursuing a legal career or a law student interested in understanding corporate legal matters within a business organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct legal research and analysis on corporate law, regulatory developments, and industry standards.Assist in the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and other legal documents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (JD) program at an accredited law school or undergraduate program.Strong academic performance with a focus or interest in corporate or business law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ethical standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with contract management systems is a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior internship or work experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.Knowledge of corporate structures, compliance, or SEC filings is a plus.
