Job Responsibilities ??????????End-to-End Patent Management? ????????????????????????????????????????- Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of U.S. patent applications, reviews, approvals, and maintenance, ensuring alignment with company strategy and legal compliance.

- Lead the US patent quality, optimize patent drafting standards, and enhance patent stability and value.
- ??????????????????????????????????
- Coordinate internal R D teams and external IP agencies to drive high-value technology patent strategies.
- ????????Litigation and Licensing Support? ??????????????????????????????????????
- Participate in U.S. patent infringement analysis, invalidity searches, and litigation strategy development, managing external legal teams to address disputes.
- ???????????????????????????????
- Manage patent licensing negotiations and agreement drafting to support technology licensing and cross-licensing initiatives.
- ??????????????????????????
- Monitor U.S. patent litigation trends and provide integrated legal-technical response strategies.
- ???????????Cross-Functional Collaboration? ???????????????????????????????????????
- Collaborate closely with R D, legal, and business departments to design IP protection strategies that support product development and market expansion.

- Regularly report on patent portfolio health and risk alerts to senior management, offering optimization recommendations.
- ???? Qualifications ?????Education? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????
- Master's or higher degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or technical fields (Chemistry, Mechanical, Materials, Automotive Engineering, etc.). U.S. patent attorney qualification is preferred.
- ?????Experience? 7????????????????USPTO??????????
- Minimum 7 years of U.S. patent management experience, with familiarity in USPTO processes and patent examination practices.
- ????????????????????????
- Experience in patent litigation, licensing negotiations, or technology commercialization projects is preferred.
- ?????Skills? ????????????????????PCT?EPO???????????
- Proficient in U.S. patent law, infringement analysis, and litigation procedures. Familiarity with PCT/EPO systems is a plus.
- ???????????????????????????????????????????
- Technical expertise in Chemistry, Mechanical, Materials, or Automotive Engineering, with the ability to translate complex technologies into patent strategies.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills to independently handle complex patent disputes or licensing negotiations.
- ?????Soft Skills? ???????????????????????????????????
- Excellent Chinese and English communication skills (native-level English preferred), with the ability to draft legal documents and technical reports.

- Strong coordination skills to manage multiple cross-functional projects and drive decision implementation.
- Work Environment & Physical Requirements Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
