Desired Skills & Experience 2-5 years of experience in franchise law or corporate transactional practice Experience drafting and updating Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) Experience drafting franchise agreements and related ancillary agreements Familiarity with franchise registration, renewal filings, and responding to state comment letters Knowledge of federal and state franchise laws and regulations Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a deadline-driven environment Experience advising clients on franchise compliance and operational issues preferred About Howard & Howard Howard & Howard provides specialized legal services to businesses and business owners.
