Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-2 years of experience or recent Law School Graduate to assist partner with Plaintiff Medical Malpractice cases. In this role, you will provide essential legal support in complex litigation cases and assist in advocating for clients who have suffered serious injuries due to negligence or malpractice. Duties Conduct legal and medical research using tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal databases to support case strategies and legal arguments. Draft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and correspondence with clients and opposing counsel. Participate in client consultations, gather evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare case summaries to build compelling cases for trial or settlement. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active Michigan bar admission. Strong interest medical malpractice cases. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail for case management and document review.
