The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing Social Security Disability cases, providing expert legal advice, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in administrative hearings. Additional tasks may involve performing case evaluations, performing case development, and reviewing and analyzing medical records. Candidate must currently be admitted to a State Bar or hold EDPNA Certification. Previous experience in Social Security Disability law is highly desirable, as is experience in medical record review, medical background (nursing) and legal aid services.
