Job Description
Parker Harvey is a full-service Northern Michigan law firm based in Traverse City. Our firm specializes in estate planning, transactional and litigation work involving title disputes, boundary disputes, riparian rights, construction law, condominium law, zoning, corporate disputes, general civil litigation, personal injury cases, probate litigation, and insurance defense matters. We are looking for a litigation attorney to handle our case load of civil matters, primarily property, probate, construction, and corporate litigation; no divorce or criminal matters. This attorney will have at least five years of experience and be capable of handling matters from initial pleadings through trial. This position provides the opportunity to join a busy practice; work with experienced attorneys and professional legal assistants; inherit a top-notch client base and work and live in an extraordinary community where the local Bar still values professionalism and civility.
