We are known for our disciplined, results-driven culture and our unwavering commitment to our clients. We are currently seeking a sharp, client-focused Intake Attorney to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities Client Engagement:
Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients, serving as the first legal point of contact for the firm.
Case Evaluation:
Identify core legal issues, assess case viability, and ensure alignment with our firm's high standards of representation.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and outline preliminary legal strategies tailored to each prospective client's unique family law matters.
Clear Communication:
Demystify the legal process for clients by clearly explaining expectations, timelines, and immediate next steps.
Team Collaboration:
Partner closely with the intake and paralegal teams to ensure a seamless and supportive transition from consultation to official retention.
Qualifications Licensure:
Active Michigan Bar license in good standing.
Experience:
0-2 years of legal experience; prior exposure to or a strong interest in family law is highly preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
Demeanor:
High level of professionalism, empathy, and tact when handling highly sensitive and emotional family matters.
