Personal Injury Attorney Location:
Michigan (Multiple Office Locations)Type:
Full-Time, In-Office (M-F) A well-established personal injury firm with multiple locations across Michigan is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their litigation team. This role is designed for an advocate who is passionate about trial preparation and courtroom work, supported by a structured environment that allows you to focus on the practice of law. The firm provides a full suite of support staff to assist with administrative tasks, allowing you to dedicate your expertise to high-level litigation and advocacy.The Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for managing a robust caseload from the initial litigation phase through trial. You will serve as the primary legal strategist on your cases while overseeing the work of your dedicated support team.Key Responsibilities:
Litigation & Trial Prep:
Manage all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and the drafting of substantive motions.Courtroom Advocacy:
Lead trial proceedings, including jury selection, witness examination, and arguments.Staff Management:
Supervise and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure all case deadlines and preparation standards are met.Case Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to move cases toward successful resolution or verdict.What We're Looking For JD & Michigan Bar Admission:
Must be licensed and in good standing with the Michigan State Bar.Litigation Experience:
Strong background in personal injury litigation and a focus on trial work.Leadership Ability:
Proven ability to manage and delegate effectively to support staff.Professionalism:
Excellent communication skills and a disciplined approach to a Monday through Friday, in-office schedule.Benefits & Environment Competitive Salary:
