Job Description

Qualifications:
Strong foundation in Law with the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law, and apply them to client matters. Knowledge of No-Fault Law or a demonstrated interest in this practice area, including workplace policies, compliance, and dispute resolution. Experience providing Legal Advice to clients, including issue-spotting, risk assessment, and clear, practical recommendations. Proficiency in legal Research, including using legal databases, organizing findings, and integrating research into written work and case strategy. Effective Negotiation skills to support settlements, mediations, and other dispute-resolution efforts. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active license (or eligibility for prompt admission) to practice law in Michigan. Ability to work on-site in Bloomfield Hills, MI, collaborate with a team, and maintain high ethical and professional standards. Prior litigation experience is preferred but not required.
