Raboin & Francis Law Firm, a well-established plaintiff's law firm in Baxter, is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team. For more than 30 years, our firm has built a reputation for delivering exceptional representation to injured individuals. We are committed to providing outstanding client service, maintaining strong community connections, and helping our clients navigate some of the most challenging times in their lives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a new attorney or recent law school graduate to gain meaningful, hands-on experience while working closely with experienced attorneys. The primary focus of the position will be document review and legal writing, with opportunities for increasing responsibility and professional development.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Strong legal research and writing skills Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities Attention to detail and strong organizational skills A self-motivated work ethic The ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues A commitment to professionalism and client service
