Job Description
A growing Twin Cities law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join its team. This is a highly hands-on role supporting attorneys across a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related proceedings.
This opportunity is ideal for a paralegal who wants to take ownership of their work, play an active role in case strategy and trial preparation, and serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of a matter.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for clients, providing consistent communication and support throughout their casesDraft and prepare motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and assist with case strategy developmentSupport attorneys through all phases of litigation and trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordinationManage case files, calendars, and deadlines with a high level of accuracy and organizationHandle e-filing and ensure compliance with court rules and proceduresCompile, review, and summarize discovery and case-related materialsIndependently manage family law cases under attorney supervision
